Annotate a Live Stream

Question: Can I annotate a live stream from within the Live Room?

Answer: Not at this time. Annotating Live Room feeds is an asynchronous feature available once the stream is recorded, not a real-time function. However, you can add temporary annotations to screenshares within conferencing.

Annotate a Live Room Recording

To annotate a Live Room feed:

1. Go into File Search under Browse and select your Live Recording.

   

2. Share the recording with yourself or others, so that your comments can be captured.
3. Treat your file like any other video in the system
   1. Add positional or ranged comments
   2. Add general comments
   3. Add other annotations
